For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. International shipping timelines vary by destination but generally range between 10-15 business days for our ready-to-wear collections.
Do you offer customization or made-to-measure services?
Yes, KhudaBaksh by RashidSidhu offers bespoke services for our formal and bridal couture lines. You can contact our design team via WhatsApp to provide your specific measurements and discuss custom requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan. For international clients, we offer secure payment gateways including PayPal and Stripe.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, have all tags attached, and are in original packaging. Please note that customized orders and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a unique tracking number and a link to the courier's portal to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display our colors as accurately as possible. However, due to professional lighting during shoots and variations in monitor displays, there may be a slight difference (5-10%) in the actual color of the fabric.
